The smallest, most tender grade of the Macedonian pepper (pepperoncini). Brined whole with the stem on, with a crisp bite for mezze, pizza and salads.
6–9 cm
02Macedonian pepper · Pepperoncini
Large Macedonian peppers, cored and ready to fill. A sturdy body that holds cheese, tuna or rice fillings.
03Kardola pepper · Kardoula
Bright red, fleshy Kardola peppers. Hollowed and ready for cheese-filled mezze and antipasti platters.
Shipped by truck and container in food-grade plastic drums of 120 kg net drained weight. Samples and specifications on request.
